BBa_I51001 was successfully used to construct new BioBrick standard vectors pSB4A5, pSB4K5, pSB4C5, pSB4T5, pSB3K5, pSB3C5 and pSB3T5. However, in the future, new BioBrick standard vectors should be constructed using BBa_I51020.
